Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to the Lucky Pick: Spin & Decide Android application and the PickNow - Decision Maker iOS application. In this policy, "the app" means either product unless a platform-specific section says otherwise.
Lucky Pick: Spin & Decide and PickNow - Decision Maker provide simple decision-making tools such as a wheel spinner, Daily Spin, dice roller, coin flipper, and list picker.
1. Information You Provide in the App
The app does not require account registration and does not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, precise location, photos, contacts, or other sensitive personal information.
Content you enter into the decision tools, such as wheel options, saved wheel names, and list entries, is used to provide the app's features. This decision content is designed to remain on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.
2. Information Stored Locally on Your Device
The app may store the following information locally on your device to make the app work properly:
- Saved wheel configurations that you create inside the app.
- Your current wheel options for restoring your last setup.
- Daily Spin results and recent Daily Spin history.
- Dice settings such as selected die type and dice count.
- Theme, language, onboarding, and rewarded feature state.
- Temporary session information such as coin flip history or list picker state.
This locally stored information remains on your device unless you delete it by uninstalling the app or clearing the app data through your device settings.
3. Advertising, Analytics, and Attribution
Both the Android and iOS versions are designed to support advertising. Ad availability and configuration may vary by platform, app version, region, consent choices, and release configuration. To support the app and improve its features, the app may use third-party services for advertising, analytics, attribution, and app performance measurement. Both versions are designed to keep your decision content local on your device.
These services may collect or receive information such as:
- Device and app information, such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, and approximate region derived from network information.
- Identifiers such as the Android Advertising ID, Apple advertising or vendor identifiers where permitted, app instance identifiers, or SDK-generated identifiers.
- Advertising information, such as ad requests, ad impressions, ad clicks, ad revenue, ad unit identifiers, and ad source information.
- App usage events, such as screen views, tool actions, result views, reward entry clicks, reward completion, limit reached events, onboarding completion, and settings changes.
- Attribution and campaign information used to understand how users discovered the app.
The app does not intentionally send the actual text of your wheel options, saved wheel names, list entries, or final decision result content to analytics or advertising services.
4. Third-Party Services We May Use
Depending on the platform and app version, the app may use the following third-party services:
- Google AdMob for displaying banner, interstitial, app open, and rewarded ads.
- Google Firebase Analytics for app analytics and event measurement.
- AppsFlyer for attribution, campaign measurement, and advertising revenue measurement.
- DataEye BI for product analytics and business intelligence reporting.
These third-party services process information according to their own privacy policies and terms. You can learn more from their privacy resources, including Google Privacy Policy, Firebase Privacy and Security, and AppsFlyer Privacy Policy.
5. Advertising Choices and Consent
Depending on your region, device settings, platform, and applicable law, the app may ask you to make privacy or advertising choices before ads are requested. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your consent, device settings, Google settings, Apple privacy settings, ad network settings, and applicable law.
You can control or reset your Android Advertising ID and ad personalization settings in your Android device settings where supported. On iOS, you can manage supported tracking and advertising privacy choices in iOS Settings, including App Tracking Transparency controls where available. If you decline personalized ads where a consent choice is available, you may still see ads, but they may be less relevant.
Where required, the app may provide a privacy choices entry point in Settings so you can review or update supported advertising privacy choices.
Rewarded ads are optional. If you choose to watch a rewarded ad, the app may grant an in-app benefit such as an extra Daily Spin, expanded limits, a full list ranking, or a temporary interstitial-free period.
6. Permissions
On Android, the app uses the INTERNET permission to load ads, communicate with analytics and attribution services, and support network-based SDK functionality.
On Android, the app may use the AD_ID permission to allow advertising and measurement SDKs to access the Android Advertising ID where permitted by Google Play policies, your device settings, and applicable law.
On iOS, PickNow - Decision Maker may request authorization through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before accessing the advertising identifier or performing tracking for personalized advertising and measurement. You can allow or deny this request and change the supported setting later in iOS Settings. Denying tracking authorization does not prevent you from using the app's core decision-making features.
The app is designed to work without requesting sensitive permissions such as precise location, camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, SMS, phone access, photos, or media library access.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell your decision content, such as wheel options or list entries. We may share advertising, analytics, attribution, and app performance information with the third-party service providers listed above to operate ads, measure app usage, understand campaign performance, and improve the app.
These providers may process information on our behalf or according to their own service terms and privacy policies.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
Locally stored app data can be deleted by uninstalling the app. On Android, you may also clear the app's storage from your device settings where supported.
Advertising, analytics, and attribution data handled by third-party services is retained according to those providers' retention policies. You may also use device-level privacy controls, such as resetting your Advertising ID or managing iOS tracking settings, where supported.
9. Children's Privacy
Lucky Pick: Spin & Decide and PickNow - Decision Maker are general-purpose utility apps and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can review the request.
10. International Processing
Third-party advertising, analytics, and attribution providers may process information on servers located in different countries or regions. By using the app, you understand that information handled by these providers may be processed outside your country or region, subject to applicable law.
11. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information associated with the app. Because decision-related data is stored locally on your device, protecting access to your device also helps protect the data stored by the app. Please use your device's standard security features, such as screen lock and operating system updates.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app, third-party services, legal requirements, or our data practices. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
